Yes, It Does Snow On The Left Coast

These are the images that you did not see on New Year's Day. If you were watching the Rose Parade or the Rose Bowl football game, you did not see that yes, indeed, it does snow here on the left coast. And some times, it gets very low.
The photos above were taken from Right View From The Left Coast headquarters in Pasadena. The first photo is of the San Gabriels. The highest point is roughly 4,500 feet. And the snow level is as low as 2,500 feet. It rarely gets that low here in So Cal.
The second photo is that of Mt. Wilson. Mt. Wilson is where the local radio and television transmitters are located. Also the famed Mt. Wilson Observatory. Mt. Wilson is about 5,600 feet and the snow level looks to be around 3,000 feet. Again, usually the snow level is about 5,000 feet on average.
And as I type this, it is a brisk 54 degrees. And you thought it is only cold where you live.
So, even as we are being lied to about so-called Globaloney Warming, er Climate Change, let me assure you that yes, it does snow on the Left Coast. And especially here in So Cal.
