Saracuda Starts The Conservative Media Tour

It appears that Team McCain is getting the message.
It is a waste of time to try to present the Republican vice-presidential nominee, Alaska governor Sarah Palin to the DDBMSOWM.
Today begins the Saracuda Conservative Media Tour as she started off on radio talker Hugh Hewitt's weekday gabfest.
After listening to the interview twice, I think that Gov. Saracuda did quite well. Gov. Saracuda sounded like she could relate and understand what this financial services fiasco does to Main Street. Gov. Saracuda told Mr. Hewitt that her husband, Todd Palin, has lost $20,000 in a 401k plan in this financial services fiasco.
Listen to the whole interview. If for some reason the audio link does not work, you can read the transcript here.
It is a good thing that Team McCain has finally gotten it. Look for more of Gov. Palin on conservative talk radio as well as possibly on blogger conference calls.

Sure, why not?

That way she'll be heard by her adoring fans, the 28% of Americans who are hopeless wingnut whackjobs.

The vast majority of us, the mainstream, as opposed to the fringe lunatics, can go about our business.

It's a win-win.

Yikes, what is going on at campaign headquarters???!!! As a life-long Republican, I am very concerned that the tactics on the part of McCain-Palin campaign this week have been risky and actually could backfire. Who is advising them?!!!! I am shocked that this dignified, decorated war hero would actually fabricate this "terrorist" stuff about his opponent.....!Is it her influence?Let's get her off the ticket!!!
